Relaxing Stay with Excellent Service

I found the staff friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The pool area is well-kept, and I enjoyed the comfortable sun loungers. Breakfast had a lovely offering with a variety of options. I also appreciated the spacious and very nice rooms with beautiful ocean views.
The hotel has no beach as it has been eroded away, and further erosion is being kept at bay by boulders and rocks along the shore.

The room I stayed in had a wonderful view. It also included amenities like drinking water bottles, face towels, cotton swabs, hair ties, and solid soap, all things I found useful and convenient.

Really good service and immaculate rooms

I appreciated the warm welcome from the team. The Rasa Wing offers extra comfort (i liked it!), and the pool area is a haven of relaxation. Muru at the pool anticipates guest needs. Abdiul, Fatima and Mylar. They remember your drinks. The new exec chef, Giles, has really upped the standards in the breakfast offering. Michelle makes sure every aspect of our stay is cared for.
The hotel HAS potential, but some areas appear a bit worn. I noticed some older features, and certain spots could use a refresh. While overall clean, there were slight signs of age in places. This didn't ruin my stay, but a little maintenance would help.

The room is excellent, including good facilities and comfort. I also liked that Wi-Fi is very good and reliable in all areas. Housekeeping ensured the space was super clean. They promptly addressed all requests.

The hotel offers beautiful gardens (a wonderful place to stroll) that are well maintained. Gardeners work all day to ensure the premises look perfect. The location allows for relaxation and family time.

The breakfast had a wide array of selections, a real plus. The gym is well equipped and meticulously maintained. The pool area is beautiful, with sunbeds for all guests and a staff that makes sure everyone gets the perfect spot.

Underwhelming stay. Issues with cleanliness and service

The gym had adequate equipment. I used it without issues.
The room was not up to par. I noticed the carpet had stains. also, housekeeping didn't replace used mugs. They claimed it was another department's job, that was baffling. the pinang restaurant's service was terrible. Tables weren't cleaned properly and bird droppings covered the chairs.
